Jenny is a professional support lawyer in the banking & finance team. Her primary responsibility is the production and maintenance of the team's standard form documentation.
Jenny has transactional experience acting for high street lenders, private equity and venture capital funds and borrowers advising on commercial and residential real estate investment and development financing; acquisition and general corporate financing; marine and other asset financing; along with standard form documentation and portfolio management.
Jenny studied law at the London School of Economics and the LPC at the College of Law in Guildford. She completed her training at the firm and qualified into the team in the autumn of 2010.
