Kim is an experienced pensions lawyer who has been advising both trustee and employer clients on all aspects of pensions law for more than a decade. Kim has particular experience in contentious pensions matters, having spent a significant proportion of her career acting for claimants in High Court proceedings (including rectification, construction and professional negligence claims) and supporting clients with other pensions related disputes.
Kim now works as the pensions team’s professional support lawyer, keeping a keen eye on developments in the industry, legislation and case law to ensure that our clients are kept as up to date as possible with regular updates, training sessions, podcasts and more.
