is the Team Leader of the Landlord & Tenant Team. She joined Shoosmiths in 2006 having worked previously in 2 other niche Landlord & Tenant practices. She has over 20 years’ experience of working within the field, specialising in the repossession of residential property (including squatter actions), the recovery of rent arrears, dealing with dilapidations/damages claims. Lisa understands the needs and requirements of both managing agents and landlords having previously also worked as a property manager for a large letting agent overseeing a portfolio of some 350 properties.
