Natalia is a Legal Director in the Shoosmiths' Corporate team advising on all aspects of corporate law, including national and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, investments and general corporate advisory mandates. Natalia spent six years practicing in the Middle East. She has experience in corporate transactions in that region, as well as advising clients on foreign direct investment in the United Arab Emirates. She has particular interest and experience in transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector. Recent experience includes advising:

  • D9 Infrastructure plc on the sale of Aqua Comms, an Ireland-based operator specialising in submarine cable systems and supplying fibre pairs, spectrum, and wholesale network capacity, to EXA Infrastructure.
  • the Watermark1980 Group on its debt-backed management buy-out.
  • Addtech Energy on its acquisition of Allied Insulators.
  • Alcadon Group on its acquisition of Networks Centre Group, a distributor of network infrastructure.
  • AIM-listed Smoove Plc on its sale to PEXA Group via a UK scheme of arrangement.
  • Triple Point on its disposal of the disposal of its portfolio of gas peaking power plants.
