Shama Perera is our Director of Business Development & Marketing and sits on the firm’s Executive Board. She is responsible for driving the strategy to grow the firm’s client relationships and reputation in its chosen markets, through excellence in client engagement, management, service delivery and thought leadership.
Shama joined the firm in April 2024 and has 25 years’ experience working with individual and corporate clients in wealth management and in large international law firms including Sidley Austin, Baker McKenzie, Pinsent Masons and Allen & Overy. She has extensive experience originating UK and international business and servicing clients across North America, LatAm, EMEA, Africa and Asia Pacific.
In her spare time, Shama enjoys writing fiction and has a couple of tv-series and screenplays in the works.
