Sophie is the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Shoosmiths, responsible for developing and embedding the firm’s approach to diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across its 14 locations. She is passionate about creating a workplace that is supportive and inclusive, allowing all to flourish regardless of background.
Prior to Shoosmiths, Sophie worked across Legal and Financial Services in a range of talent roles including: global diversity & inclusion teams; learning & development; graduate recruitment and; mobility. She is also a qualified mental health first aider.
