Sunny is an Associate in Shoosmiths' Tax & Incentives team.
He has a broad range of experience advising clients on all aspects of employee incentive arrangements including share options, share ownership, cash-based plans and employee benefit trusts, from their design and implementation to their operation.
He has advised extensively on employee share plans in the context of corporate transactions and he also advises on all areas of employment tax, including the taxation of internationally mobile employees, employee benefits and termination payments.
