Sylwia is a corporate Associate in our Edinburgh office. Sylwia advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, including private equity deals, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital transactions, debt and equity investments, MBOs, group reorganisations, joint ventures and general corporate advisory mandates.
Her transactional experience includes advising:
- Housing Growth Partnership, the Lloyds-backed equity investor, on their £150m joint venture with PLATFORM_ to deliver major BTR development in Leeds.
- Gatehouse Bank in the sale of a corporate portfolio of 821 residential housing units across 20 development sites, to Citra Living Group, part of Lloyds Banking Group.
Sylwia trained at Brodies, qualifying in July 2021. Sylwia then worked for Dickson Minto from 2021 until 2024 and joined Shoosmiths in June 2024.
She is dual-qualified in Scotland as well as England and Wales.
